Having just being released about 1 week ago, Super Junior continue to dominate the chart with their new promotional hit ‘It’s You’ after a massive success with ‘Sorry Sorry.’ On 15th of May 2009, Super Junior ended their ‘Sorry Sorry’ promotional event and will now promote their latest single ‘It’s You.’
Suju’s new composition music ‘It’s You’ landed at number 1, winning with a large margin by over 2000 pts up against 2pm’s Again & Again and new entry Women’s Generation by SeeYa, Davichi and T-ara.
Super Junior has already won 3 consecutive awards last week and a total of 5 awards for their hit ‘SORRY, SORRY’ at KBS Music Bank. Having won more than 10 awards at various music stages (Mnet! Super Junior will talk about the difficulties when making the 3rd album “Sorry sorry” and the good friendship among the members on June issue of Cosmopolitan magazine.
Super Junior members said that before debut, when were asked which member they don’t want to be in the same team with, they all chose Eunhyuk. Leeteuk said “The first time time I saw Eunhyuk, it was said that if I want to debut in 3 months, I’d have to try so hard. People said he was very good at rapping, dancing and had a lot of friends”

They will also provide iodine mouthwash in toilets and provide face masks for anyone seen to be coughing or sneezing. Avex have upcoming concerts by several major artists: Hamasaki Ayumi (May 20/21) and Otsuka Ai (May 23/24) at Osaka Castle Hall, and Koda Kumi at the Kobe World Kinen Hall (May 23/24). The Kobe venue is also scheduled to host Dreams Come True and Mr. Children this month. Another high profile organization, Johnny’s Jimusho, announced that they would be postponing concerts in the Kansai region. The group Kansai Johnnys Jr. were scheduled to play four shows over two days at the Umeda Geijitsu Gekijo theater in Osaka on May 23-24, but the shows have been indefinitely postponed. Johnny’s say they will notify the 7,600 ticket holders when new dates are decided. Super Junior Kim Heechul’s admiration to Jo Sungmo is special. Kim Heechul had played the piano in Jo Sungmo’s performance on SBS Inkigayo on May 3rd. Also, recently, Kim Heechul has changed all of his minihompy’s BGM (background music) into Jo Sungmo’s songs, hence show his special love to the sunbae singer.
Kim Heechul said in the waiting room of KBS Music bank on May 15th “I raise the dream of being a ballad singer when I see Sungmo hyung. I even bought 10 copies of Sungmo hyung’s 5rd album. I listened to the CD so many time that it even cracked.”
Kim Heechul had signed a contract with SM and become a trainee in 2003. He said “I was into rock at that time. But my company is not about rock music so I had to find a way for my voice to sing ballad. At that time, Jo Sungmo hyungnim’s 5rd album “가인” (the singer) was released. I had listened to the title track “Piano” and practice” and “I can imitate Sungmo hyung, even his ad-lib.”
Kim Heechul said “Recently, I went singing with Sungmo hyung and FT Island’s Hongki. On that day, I had sung Sungmo hyung’s hit songs in front of him and made him laugh.”
Jo Sungmo said “(His) Tone is similar to me and the vocalism is almost the same since he studied mine. Recently, even our singing skill is similar” and “Miraculous, both our blood type is AB so although we havent known each other for a long time but we have been already close.”
